NOC Operator in Jerusalem in 24/7 shifts

Levinstein is looking for a NOC (Network Operation Center) Operator in shifts, and you have an opportunity to gain experience in an entry-level position!!

A NOC Controller role in a server farm is a core operational role, acting as the "eyes and ears" of the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The controller is responsible for continuous monitoring of all IT systems and infrastructures, identifying anomalies and faults, and providing a fast initial response to ensure service continuity. Proactive monitoring of electromechanical infrastructures, communications, servers, and accompanying systems, immediate identification of abnormal events, initial handling of faults, and including Escalation to the relevant professional parties (such as a chief engineer, site manager, or infrastructure technician) until full resolution.

• The position is in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
• Free parking for those arriving with a private vehicle
• Requirement for 3-5 weekly shifts including Saturdays and holidays
• The position is in shifts:
• Afternoon shift 16:00-23:00
• Night shift 22:30-07:30
• Availability to work 3-5 shifts including Saturdays and holidays, willingness to stay beyond the working hours

• Student for a technological degree in the field of electricity/ mechanics/ air conditioning or equivalent, or with relevant background and experience
• Technical approach (knowledge in using tools such as: screwdriver, electric drill, etc.) - Mandatory
• Military service (technology, communications, armament, infrastructure, etc.) - Advantage
• Full command of Office and computer applications
• Good level of English
• High motivation and self-discipline
• Verbal skills, service orientation, attention to detail
