IT Support Staff

Job Responsibilities •Manage the infrastructure system. (clients and networks) •Solve computer usage problems for users. •Coordinate with IT departments abroad for development and improvement. •Coordinate with external service providers to solve problems that arise. •Prepare computer registration user manual and related documents, Preparing PM plans for various related equipment.

Necessary Skill / Experience •Have knowledge and understanding of basic usage problem solving in Hardware and Software. •Have knowledge and understanding of network/server •Experience in using Computers, Network, Software, internet and CCTV. •Creation of tools to improve business efficiency (VBA, Access, Excel functions, etc.)

Qualifications: Male only Age of 27-35 years Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relate files. Good command in English (Reading, Written, Speaking) Able to work in Up-country (Saraburi Province).
