QC Engineer

Guarantee the quality of inspection for raw materials, workpieces, and finished products throughout the entire process - Issue standard inspection documents for every process - Prepare annual calibration and verification plans for measuring instruments and send instruments for external calibration - Test products according to the annual plan - Receive complaints, trace data, and coordinate to provide information to relevant departments - Analyze and improve the quality of parts and products - Follow up on issues and claims from suppliers to analyze and resolve quality problems of parts and products - Prepare documents according to specified IATF/ISO standards - Evaluate quality control results and suggest corrective and improvement guidelines to ensure manufactured products meet customer specifications - Inspect work quality in the production process at designated points and record inspection results in forms - Inspect the quality of final products, including monitoring/analyzing waste generated from production

Qualifications: Gender: Not limited, Age: 18 years and above Bachelor's degree in a related field 1-5 years of experience in QC and/or Quality Control fields QC Mechanical Engineer or related fields Proficient in computer usage Proactive, systematic planner, committed to maintaining standards, and able to handle immediate problems well Familiar with quality control processes, creating quality testing tools, and organizing various quality improvement activities Communication, coordination, presentation, and teamwork skills Able to communicate in English Ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered
