PMC SUPERVISOR

1. Plan production, evaluate orders, and confirm delivery schedules after receiving orders from the Sales department. Evaluate production capacity, manpower, and machine readiness to ensure the company can deliver products on time.

1. Prepare the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and issue Manufacturing Orders and Work Orders.

1. Monitor and control production progress. Track actual daily output and compare it with the production plan to analyze and follow up on cases where production is delayed or not according to plan.

1. Coordinate special incidents and urgent orders. Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust production plans and working hours in cases of urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or raw material shortages.

1. Calculate raw material requirements. Calculate the quantity of raw materials and semi-finished goods required based on the production plan and BOM (Bill of Materials).

1. Prepare purchase requests and track raw material receipts. Prepare Purchase Requests (PR) and follow up on progress with the Purchasing department and suppliers to ensure raw materials are delivered on time and to prevent production disruptions.

1. Control inventory levels. Determine Safety Stock and Reorder Point levels, including managing inventory turnover and controlling stock.

1. Coordinate raw material withdrawals and transfers. Control and coordinate the withdrawal, return, and transfer of raw materials within the warehouse and at the production site to ensure the production line receives continuous and sufficient raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience at a Supervisor level or higher in Production Planning, Material Control, PMC, Purchasing/Material Management, or Production & Sales Planning in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel / PowerPoint and experienced in using SAP PP/MM systems.
• Good command of English with a TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
• Ability to use Mandarin Chinese will be specially considered, but is not required.
