IHS QC Manager

1. Assist in handling quality issues related to incoming materials, manufacturing processes, shipments, and customer complaints; conduct investigations and analysis, and provide improvement responses

1. Perform product reliability verification and testing to ensure products meet quality and durability requirements

1. Plan and deploy departmental manpower, equipment, and space resources to improve operational efficiency

1. Establish and maintain inspection standards (including SIP, CPK, FAI, GRR, SPC, etc.)

1. Coordinate and execute customer and supplier audits to ensure the quality management system meets requirements

1. Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in QA (Department Head level) or 10 years (Manager level); must have held management positions and be able to lead a team effectively
• Expertise in metal processing; possess in-depth knowledge and ability in quality management
• Excellent personnel management and communication/coordination skills
• Good English; ability to communicate basic Chinese will be specially considered
