Assistant Director, Manufacturing Process Development and Quality Control (Factory-based)

1. Supervise policies, plans, and goals for the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, including product quality control, to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
2. Oversee the improvement and development of manufacturing processes, including product quality control, to ensure compliance with established standards and plans.
3. Manage the operations of manufacturing process improvement/development and quality control.
4. Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments to utilize data for creating manufacturing development and quality control plans.
5. Contact, coordinate, and negotiate with both domestic and international customers, as well as government agencies, private sectors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
6. Develop manufacturing processes/quality control techniques to meet customer requirements under company policies.
7. Supervise and oversee the management policies of the Test Lab and product testing equipment to ensure compliance with standards and/or customer requirements.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 37 - 47 years old Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other related fields At least 5 years of work experience in factory operations related to manufacturing and quality control Knowledge of KPIs, Competency, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO17025, QCC, KAIZEN, 5S. Able to use software programs such as ERP, MS.Office, Microsoft Dynamic AX Able to speak, read, and write English Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible Able to work well under pressure Males must have completed military service Experience in Product Design training courses
