Manager of Electrical Equipment Development and Improvement in Distribution Systems (Factory-based)

1. Supervise and control the operations of electronic products, electrical products, and general products to comply with the department's work plan and respond to organizational goals with maximum efficiency.
2. Supervise and control product testing operations / certification processes to comply with the department's work plan and respond to organizational goals with maximum efficiency.
3. Coordinate with the Sales department and Production lines to conduct research, improvement, development, and testing of new and existing products in terms of design, materials, price, and others, to ensure products are accepted and competitive in the market.
4. Supervise training for new products and/or existing products that have been improved/developed in terms of Feature / Material for the Sales department and Production lines to ensure awareness of product details, including supporting sales work by coordinating, advising, and acting as a technical consultant for products to customers.
5. Manpower planning and defining the characteristics/qualifications of personnel in the department to align with the scale of the business, serving as a guideline for recruitment and personnel development to achieve the specified quality and capability under the company's goals and policies.

Qualifications: Male/Female, Age 35 - 45 years old Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical Power Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics, or other related fields Experience in product research and development, and in the production of electrical and electronic commercial goods Knowledge of KPIs, Competency, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, QCC, KAIZEN, 5S. Able to use software programs such as ERP, MS.Office, Microsoft Dynamic AX Must be honest, meticulous, and highly responsible Able to work well under pressure Completed training in occupational safety laws and other related areas Able to read, write, and communicate in English
