Project Sales Engineer Supervisor (หัวหน้างานวิศวกรประมูลโครงการ)

• Sales Strategy and Business Opportunities: Define sales strategies, identify Tender opportunities in both public, state enterprise, and private sectors, and manage Vendor List registration and renewals with various agencies.
• Estimation and Engineering Design: Control the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical and civil systems, project cost estimation, approve Purchase Requests (PR), and oversee design, layout, and drafting using Auto CAD for renewable energy power plants.
• Approvals and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee coordination for building permits, access roads, utility systems, the Royal Forest Department, and the preparation of public hearings with government agencies and communities.
• Contract Management and Subcontractor Control: Review draft contracts, delivery documents, and inspection work, and control subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with designs, contracts, budgets, and quality standards.
• Project and Stakeholder Management: Act as the central coordination point between project owners, consulting firms, contractors, and government agencies, while reporting progress, assessing risks, and summarizing project maintenance guidelines.
• Leadership and Team Management: Manage, allocate tasks, develop potential, and evaluate the performance of the department's team members to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Sales Engineer, Tendering, electrical system supervision, BOQ estimation, or Project Management (experience at a Supervisor level or leading a team will be specially considered). Proficiency in using Auto CAD, BOQ estimation, and tender document management. Leadership, negotiation, communication, and effective stakeholder management skills. Good English communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and have flexibility regarding working hours. Possess a driver's license and can occasionally travel to work in other provinces as assigned.
