Project Manager (Solar Farm)

• Manage and control Solar Farm construction projects from project initiation to handover
• Prepare and control the Project Schedule, budget, and project resources to meet targets
• Plan and coordinate with relevant departments, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and site control teams, to ensure efficient operations
• Control and monitor project progress, while analyzing problems, risks, and determining solutions
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure operations follow the defined plan, quality, and budget
• Control construction work, installation work, Testing & Commissioning, and project handover
• Ensure the project complies with Safety standards, Quality standards, and legal requirements
• Prepare project progress reports and present information to executives and relevant parties
• Manage the engineering team and project team to ensure operations meet targets

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields At least 8 years of experience in Project Management Experience in managing Solar Farm projects or renewable energy construction projects Knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical systems, construction work, and project management Knowledge of project planning, budget control, cost management, and risk management Proficient in using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, contractors, and coordinate well with various departments Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience in Commissioning, Grid Connection, and project handover Ability to communicate in English
