Project Development Engineer (Wind Energy)

• Project Feasibility Assessment: Study and analyze field data to assess the technical feasibility of wind power generation projects in Yasothon Province and surrounding areas.
• Coordination with Agencies and Communities: Coordinate with government agencies, the private sector, local administrative organizations, and local communities to facilitate field project operations.
• Consultancy and Contract Support: Coordinate with technical consultants (Third Party) and prepare technical information to support contract negotiations (EPC, SAA, PPA) and field procurement.
• Internal Departmental Data Support: Analyze and prepare technical information to pass on to the Finance Department and the Strategic Planning and Investment Department for project implementation.
• Project Progress Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress and operational details in the area to present to supervisors and executives.
• Technology and Company Standard Monitoring: Monitor energy technology trends, build business networks, and comply with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Energy Management Science, or other related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development (experience in renewable energy business development or being a local resident will be given special consideration).
• Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills, on-site problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with communities, local agencies, and central teams.
• High responsibility, attention to detail, diligent, enthusiastic, positive attitude, good teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license (will be given special consideration).
