Project Coordinator Officer (Solar Project)

• Site Construction Supervision: Support the PM in overseeing daily construction of High Voltage (HV) transmission systems, Switchyards, and land-to-water connection points (solar floating platform to shore).
• EPC & QA/QC Oversight: Monitor EPC work according to plans and QA/QC standards, review daily/weekly reports, and expedite on-site problem-solving.
• Grid Connection Coordination: Contact regulatory agencies (NGCP, DUs, ERC) to handle SIS, FS, protection system testing, and request Energization approval.
• Technical Interface: Coordinate technical aspects between the floating solar platform/mooring team and the transmission line and onshore substation teams.
• Engineering Drawing Review: Review contractor blueprints, pole foundations, conductor stringing, and substation layouts to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in construction management/supervision or project coordination for high-voltage transmission lines and substations. Experience in Utility-scale Solar PV projects (direct experience in Floating Solar, submarine cables, or hydropower transmission systems will be specially considered). Good knowledge and understanding of Grid Code Requirements. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English for work (TOEIC score of 600 or higher). Ability to perform on-site work occasionally as assigned.
