Manager of Power Electrical Equipment and LED Lighting Development and Improvement (Factory-based)

1. Supervise and control the operations of electronic products, electrical products, and general products to comply with the department's work plan and respond to organizational goals with maximum efficiency.
2. Supervise and control the operations of product testing / certification to comply with the department's work plan and respond to organizational goals with maximum efficiency.
3. Coordinate with the Sales Department and Production lines to conduct research, improvement, development, and testing of new and existing products in terms of design, materials, price, and others, to ensure products are accepted and competitive in the market.
4. Supervise training for new products and/or existing products that have been improved/developed in terms of Feature / Material for the Sales Department and Production lines to ensure awareness of product details, including supporting sales work by coordinating, advising, and acting as a technical consultant for products to customers.
5. Manpower planning and defining the characteristics/qualifications of personnel within the department to align with the business size, serving as a guideline for recruitment and personnel development to achieve the specified quality and capability under the company's goals and policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Department of Electrical Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. At least 1 year of work experience (in industrial factory settings). At least 2 years of experience in Research and Development of power electrical / electronics products. Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible. Good English communication skills in speaking, writing, and reading. Able to use software applications such as ERP, MS.Office, Microsoft Dynamic AX. Able to work well under pressure.
