R&D Product Development Supervisor (Snack) - RD&PD Supervisor (Snack)

• Research and develop new products for dog and cat snacks to meet customer needs and legal requirements
• Coordinate with the Marketing department in preparing samples and product information according to requirements
• Establish quality systems in accordance with company policies
• Manage documentation related to product development
• Provide consultation and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient work performance

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field 5-10+ years of experience in the food industry Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point Good command of English Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC
