Quality Assurance Department Head (QA Supervisor)

1. Experience in Food/Pet Food QA, including international product requirements and registrations.
2. Ability to analyze problems, summarize key points, and systematically prepare reports to respond to customer complaints.
3. Knowledge and understanding of quality systems, including the ability to appropriately and efficiently apply requirements and regulations related to product export.
4. Good foundation in English.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or other related fields. Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, or Production Control will be given special consideration. Leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented. Communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in computer programs. Enthusiastic and responsible.
