  • Management of the customer complaint process (End-to-End): Leading and fully managing investigation, resolution, and follow-up processes for customer complaints arriving from Israel and abroad.
  • Bridging and multi-departmental interface: In-depth analysis of complaints in close collaboration with engineering, production, and site quality interfaces, and formulating technical and systemic solutions.
  • Process writing and implementation: Writing, defining, and implementing work methods and procedures shared to improve customer satisfaction and prevent recurrence of faults.
  • Controlled reporting and documentation: Full and organized documentation of all complaints in the organizational information systems, and drafting professional response reports (8D methodology) in English and sending them to customers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Industrial Engineering Technician or CQE certificate (Certified Quality Engineer) – Mandatory.
  • Previous relevant experience in quality, engineering, or technical customer service systems in an industrial/manufacturing company – Mandatory.
  • Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking at a very high level for working with global customers) – Mandatory.
  • Experience working with Office software, with an emphasis on a very high level of Excel (trend and data analysis) – Mandatory.
  • Technical background or education in the fields of mechanics or electronics – Significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with information systems: ERP (Priority) or Agile PLM – Very significant advantage!
