Marketing Manager

Your tasks

1. Evaluate and monitor sales targets and marketing activities, providing monthly reports to executives.
2. Prepare Sale Forecasts to present to supervisors.
3. Plan marketing strategies and identify new markets to increase sales in accordance with the prepared Sale Forecast.
4. Follow up with existing customers and acquire new customers; prepare quotations and present promotional prices.
5. Execute marketing activities, such as trade shows, to increase sales and enhance product awareness.
6. Coordinate with customers to negotiate terms for creating new orders.
7. Summarize issues and follow up on work with the production department and factory every week.
8. Summarize sales figures and define monthly KPIs to present data in company meetings.
9. Coordinate between the factory to report customer progress status.
10. Plan sales and advertising/public relations to achieve maximum benefit from the annual budget.
11. Evaluate sales targets and marketing activities to prepare annual sales estimates.
12. Monitor and analyze monthly sales to identify changes occurring in sales performance.
13. Perform other duties related to the core responsibilities or as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Male/Female
2. Age 40 years and above
3. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
4. At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing factory.
5. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC systems.
6. Excellent communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
7. Creative presentation ideas and strategic data analysis skills.
8. Leadership qualities, good wit, attention to detail, thoroughness, and a positive attitude.
9. Courage to address problems and develop systemic improvements.
10. Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
11. At least 1 year of direct experience in the food and snack manufacturing business.
