Production Engineer

Your tasks

• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure production targets and quality requirements are achieved.
• Ensure operations comply with company policies, including:IATF 16949 , ISO 14001 , JIT , Safety Policy
• Improve work processes within the Finishing section.
• Reduce machine and equipment losses.
• Improve production efficiency continuously.
• Design production processes for new models, including equipment and manufacturing methods.
• Ensure new models can be mass-produced according to specifications.
• Maintain continuous production control.
• Supervise subordinates to comply with company rules and regulations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related fields)
2. Knowledge of industrial engineering and manufacturing processes or Special for experience in Die Casting
3. Knowledge of machining and various manufacturing equipment.
4. Knowledge of engineering statistics.
5. Ability to work with machinery and perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
7. Good command of English (spoken, read, and written)
8. Responsible and possesses leadership skills
9. Good communication and coordination skills
10. Positive attitude and creativity
11. Able to work overtime, in shifts, and on Saturdays (the company operates on the first Saturday of each month)
