PAINTING MANAGER

•Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end painting process, including Pre-treatment (Chemical Conversion), Powder Coating (Primer/Clear), and Liquid Spraying (Basecoat). •New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the process design for new wheel models, ensuring optimal JIG design, spray trajectories (Robot Teaching), and curing parameters. •Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all products meet international OEM standards and pass rigorous durability tests (CASS Test, Salt Spray, Stone Chip, and Adhesion). •Cost Management: Drive QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) initiatives, focusing on reducing "Rejection Rates" and optimizing paint/chemical consumption. •Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve complex defects such as pinholes, orange peel, dust contamination, or color deviation ($\Delta E$). •Environmental & Safety Leadership: Supervise the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and air filtration systems to comply with environmental regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields). Minimum of 8–10 years in the painting industry, with at least 5 years in a management role specifically within the Alloy Wheel or Automotive parts sector. Deep understanding of aluminum surface chemistry and the interplay between Diamond Cutting and Clear Coating. Expert knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. Familiarity with OEM specifications Competent in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP/SAP systems. Advanced proficiency in Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of engineers and operators under high-pressure production schedules. Ability to plan for long-term CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and process upgrades to increase capacity. Has at least 5 years of people management skills
