Leading high-tech company in the South seeks an Information Systems Analyst

To lead smart technological solutions. The role includes characterization, analysis, and leading technological projects, while working closely with development teams, technology, business entities, and external partners. Responsibilities:

• Analysis and characterization of software systems.
• Writing high-level functional and technical characterization documents.
• Working with development, QA, product teams, and internal and external customers.
• Managing relationships with internal customers and external vendors.
• Initiating, promoting, and implementing innovative technological processes.
• Support and guidance in implementation and deployment processes.
• Responsibility for all product stages from A to Z (from characterization to reaching the customer).
• Understanding the system, analyzing faults, and conducting research (from the requirement stage, database analysis, running SQL queries, API calls, log analysis, etc.), until understanding the source of the problem and directing it to development if necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and leading technological projects.
• Ability to write and manage functional and technical characterization documents at a high level of complexity – including background and understanding of software development processes and integration between systems.
• Achievement orientation, high ability to organize and lead projects to high-quality, fast, and successful completion.
• Ability to drive interfaces and promote processes in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and work with various entities within the organization.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• High level of English.
• Experience in AI.
