Control and Electrical Engineer for an agricultural machinery manufacturing company

For a role that includes development, design, and supervision of control systems in the company's machines - from the development stage to serial production and field support for machines.

Responsibilities ?

• Development and design of control systems based on Danfoss controllers for the company's machines.
• Defining the operation logic and work sequences of the machine.
• Defining I/O, sensors, actuators, and communication interfaces.
• Working with HMI systems - operation screens, alarms, and fault modes.
• Integration between control systems and the mechanical and hydraulic systems in the machine.
• Performing runs, tests, and troubleshooting in prototypes and existing machines.
• Solving control and electrical faults in production and in the field.
• Accompanying the NPI process and transferring products and engineering changes to serial production.
• Performing improvements and updates to control systems according to the needs of development, production, and service.
• Defining architecture and guiding subcontractors for the execution of electrical drawings, wiring, and control panels.
• Selection and definition of control components, sensors, and electrical components.
• Participation in ECO processes and management of engineering changes.
• Working in accordance with regulatory and standard requirements relevant to machines.
• Routine work with mechanical engineers, NPI, configuration control, production, assembly, service, and procurement.
• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Control Engineering.
• Experience in PLC programming and control systems development.
• Experience working with machines, industrial equipment, or integrated systems - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with HMI, sensors, and actuators.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and control drawings.
• Experience in runs, integration, and troubleshooting in machines.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with regulation and machine safety.
• Good level of technical English.
