SOX Manager and Assistant Controller for a global manufacturing corporation in the Sharon area

1. Responsibility for global SOX control in the organization:

• Preparation of scoping, matrices, updating processes, management, and risk identification
• Preparation of appropriate documentation and working papers for control testing
• Working with all subsidiaries and verifying the validity of control documentation
• Working with consultants and external accountants

1. Accounting and process improvement:

• Preparation of working papers
• Assisting in the preparation of solo and consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Auditing against the company's CPA
• Working with government authorities – Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank of Israel

1. Optimization of processes in ERP – that affect financial reporting, documentation, and controls.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Mandatory Professional experience in a similar role in a company (Assistant Controller and/or SOX Manager in a company or a Big4 firm) - Advantage Experience working with ERP systems – Mandatory (Oracle is an advantage) Experience in a global public company – Advantage Experience in SOX - Mandatory Knowledge of US GAAP and its application Ability to work in a team Ability to work independently and responsibly Working under pressure Ability to characterize reports independently Ability to characterize and define work processes Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI software - Advantage High level of English
