Assistant Production Manager (Rayong)

1. Plan raw materials in relation to the production plan and manage inventory (raw materials) appropriately
2. Analyze machine production capacity to plan for high efficiency
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to plan production and plan the use of machinery, manpower, and raw materials to align with the sales plan
4. Plan, inspect, and monitor the quantity of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to ensure production can proceed according to the set plan
5. Review and adjust the production plan as appropriate in case of urgent product demand
6. Control and monitor purchased raw materials to ensure they align with the production plan
7. Prepare production planning summary reports for subordinates; control and solve problems for planning
8. Other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or other related fields
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Production Planning Manager position in an industrial factory
3. Possess production planning skills, analytical skills, and accurate decision-making skills
4. Possess good negotiation skills and excellent coordination skills
5. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
6. Possess fast, correct, and accurate numerical calculation skills
7. Good personality, reliable, and has good human relations with colleagues
8. Able to work very well in a team
9. Able to work very well under pressure
10. If holding a ฉ.4 certificate, special consideration will be given
