RD/QA (Research & Development / Quality Assurance)

1. Manage and control the company's quality to comply with food safety standards. 2. Define and develop quality standards for frozen food, cakes, and bakery products, including both imported and distributed products. 3. Inspect and evaluate product quality, from receiving, storage, and transportation to delivery to customers. 4. Verify product quality documents such as COA, Specification, Product Information, and related documents. 5. Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and external agencies regarding quality and food safety requirements. 6. Handle quality complaints from customers, analyze root causes, and determine Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 7. Monitor and verify laws, regulations, and standards related to food, such as FDA, GMP, HACCP, and other international standards. 8. Support product registration, labeling, and ensuring product information is legally compliant. 9. Develop new products (New Product Development) in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and manufacturers. 10. Analyze market trends and develop products to meet customer needs. 11. Manage the RD/QA team, including work planning, setting KPIs, and developing team potential. 12. Prepare quality performance reports and present them to management.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 25-45 years. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science and Technology, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in RD or QA within the food business. Experience in frozen food, bakery, or the food import and distribution business will be given special consideration. Knowledge of food laws and quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, GHPs, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, and food safety quality systems. Knowledge regarding food product registration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Ability to analyze problems, plan, and make decisions systematically. Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate well with multiple departments. Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
