Pump Engineer (Chonburi Branch)

1. Study and develop knowledge regarding Pumps and related systems, such as Centrifugal Pump, Vertical Pump, and various types of Pumps used in the industrial sector.
2. Inspect condition, analyze problems, and find causes of abnormalities in Pumps and accessories.
3. Support disassembly–assembly, inspection, maintenance, and Overhaul of Pumps.
4. Inspect and analyze engineering data such as Flow, Pressure, Head, Efficiency, Vibration, and Operating Condition.
5. Read and analyze Drawing, Technical Specification, Manual, and engineering documents.
6. Support Pump testing after repair, including preparing and analyzing test results.
7. Prepare Technical Report, Inspection Report, Repair Report, and documents related to projects.
8. Participate in Root Cause analysis in cases where Pumps encounter problems or Failure, and propose solutions/preventive measures.
9. Coordinate with Workshop, Onsite, Engineering, Quality teams, and related departments.
10. Participate in site surveys and support Onsite work according to customer projects.
11. Participate in developing Work Instruction, Standard, Checklist, and the company's Pump knowledge base.
12. Study new technologies and approaches to increase efficiency, quality, and capability in providing Pump services.
13. Perform other duties related to Pump Project development as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering major. New graduates or those with experience in Pump / Rotating Equipment are welcome. Able to read Mechanical Drawing / Engineering Drawing and use precision measuring tools to perform Inspection of various pump parts according to standards. Microsoft Office; proficiency in AutoCAD or engineering software will be specially considered. Able to read Manual, Specification, and Technical Document in English. Able to work both in Workshop and Onsite. Able to travel for work upcountry or abroad according to projects. Eager to learn, brave to think, brave to ask, and interested in practical engineering work. Able to work well with Technician, Supervisor, and Engineer. Experience in Pump is not required if you have a good mechanical engineering foundation, an interest in Rotating Equipment, and the intention to develop yourself into a Pump expert; the company is ready to support learning and development alongside projects.
