Production Sr.Supervisor

1. Supervise the production line to ensure continuous operation, quality, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and volume according to the plan.
2. Participate in production planning (Production Plan), allocate manpower, and raw materials in accordance with goals.
3. Oversee the requisition of raw materials/packaging and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
4. Analyze and solve on-site problems (Troubleshooting) to reduce machine downtime or errors in the production process.
5. Develop and improve production processes to increase % Yield, increase Capacity, and reduce waste (Waste/Reject).
6. Oversee safety (Safety) and cleanliness (5S) in the production area.
7. Supervise subordinates, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide on-the-job training.

Qualifications: Male - Female, aged 30-40 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Science) or a related field 3-5 years of experience in production control in an industrial factory Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, GMPs/HACCP/KOSHER/BRC, etc. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) Good at immediate problem-solving and able to work under pressure Able to communicate in English
