Sales Executive (English Speaking)

1. Responsible for tasks related to the sales department (offering seamless steel pipe products)
2. Able to prepare quotations, sales contracts, including following up on payments from customers
3. Coordinate with shipping and BOI, including tasks related to import-export
4. DHL document dispatch, bank contact, and other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher Able to drive a car as travel to meet customers is required Experience related to sales / BOI / import-export (coordinating with shipping) Able to communicate in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered Able to work Monday - Saturday Able to use Microsoft Office programs well Able to commute to work independently as there is no shuttle service Enthusiastic, careful, and eager to learn the job
