Quality Manager Required

A technological manufacturing company in the field of electronics and electro-mechanical systems requires a Quality Manager. The role includes overall responsibility for the company's quality system, management of the inspection team, production quality, suppliers and subcontractors, audits, certifications, and handling quality non-conformities.

Responsibilities:

• Professional management of the quality inspection team and leading quality activities within the company.
• Responsibility for incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
• Management of NCR, CAPA, RCA, 8D, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Handling the quality of suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Preparation and support for ISO audits, customer audits, and certification bodies.
• Writing and implementing quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection instructions.
• Accompanying certification tests and environmental conditions in accordance with customer requirements and MIL-STD standards.
• Routine work with Engineering, R&D, Production, Purchasing, and Operations, including NPI and FAI.
• Management of quality metrics, failure analysis, customer complaints, and supplier performance.
• Responsibility for measurement and testing equipment and calibrations.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the quality field in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in an electronic or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Experience in incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Experience handling NCR, CAPA, RCA, and 8D.
• Experience in preparing for and supporting ISO audits and customer audits.
• Ability to read drawings, technical specifications, and BOM.
• Good level of English.
