Warehouse Supervisor

1. Warehouse Operations

• Control and supervise warehouse operations to ensure compliance with company plans and standards
• Control the processes of Receiving, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, and Dispatch
• Plan work and manpower to be appropriate for order volume
• Supervise the storage of Fashion/Apparel products correctly according to SKU, Size, Color, and Style, supporting approximately 30,000 SKUs

1. Inventory Management

• Control the accuracy of Stock and Location
• Inspect and resolve Stock Discrepancy / Stock Variance issues
• Control Cycle Count, Stock Count, and Physical Inventory
• Analyze causes of excess/short/missing products and implement corrective actions

1. Manpower & Team Management

• Plan and allocate manpower appropriately to the Workload
• Control and monitor the Productivity of the team
• Assign tasks, follow up on results, and resolve on-site problems
• Train, develop the team, and provide Feedback to employees
• Oversee discipline and compliance with company regulations

1. Productivity & Cost Control

• Monitor the Productivity of each Process such as Pick / Pack / Receive
• Analyze Man-hour and Manpower Cost to be appropriate for the workload
• Control labor costs to be within Budget
• Propose ways to improve processes to reduce time and costs

1. WMS & Data Analysis

• Use and control data through the WMS system
• Verify Stock, Location, and Order Status data
• Prepare and analyze Warehouse Operations reports
• Use data to analyze problems and increase operational efficiency

1. Quality, Safety & Improvement

• Control the quality and accuracy of products before delivery
• Control operations according to Safety, 5S, and Warehouse SOP standards
• Analyze problems and find Root Cause / Corrective Action
• Support Continuous Improvement / Productivity Improvement projects
• Coordinate with Inventory, Transport, Customer Service, E-commerce teams, and related departments

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Fulfillment, with Supervisor level experience Understanding of WMS and Inventory Management systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel, such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis Able to work under pressure and manage work according to Targets effectively Possess leadership skills and can communicate and coordinate well with the team Basic English communication skills Able to work Monday-Saturday, 08:30-17:30 / Saturday work only on the 1st, 2nd, and 5th Saturdays of the month
