Marketing and Leasing Officer (Leasing Officer)

Responsible for the leasing of shopping center spaces, from searching for and contacting new tenants, presenting spaces, coordinating leasing terms and documents, to maintaining relationships with existing tenants to support occupancy rates and Tenant Mix in alignment with The Old Siam Plaza guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Search for and contact potential shops, brands, and entrepreneurs to lease space.
• Present information and leasing spaces, and conduct site visits for interested parties.
• Support negotiations regarding rental rates and commercial terms with tenants.
• Prepare Leasing Proposals and documents related to leasing.
• Coordinate the preparation of contracts with Legal, Finance, and relevant departments.
• Monitor expiring lease agreements and coordinate renewals.
• Maintain and build good relationships with current tenants.
• Survey the market, competitors, rental rates, and Retail business trends to support Tenant Mix development.
• Prepare and update information on vacant spaces, tenant lists, and Leasing reports.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Building Management departments to organize activities or support tenants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in Leasing / Sales / Business Development / Retail.
• Experience in Shopping Centers, Community Malls, or the Retail business will be specially considered.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and coordination.
• Good personality, interpersonal skills, and enjoys meeting entrepreneurs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate in English at a functional level.
