Engineering Quality Assurance (PPAP) based in Chonburi Factory

1. Manage documentation and approval processes for parts prior to Mass Production to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
2. Prepare and manage PPAP documentation (according to AIAG PPAP) such as Design Record/Engineering Change Document/DFMEA / PFMEA/Process Flow Diagram/Control Plan/Measurement System Analysis (MSA)/Dimensional Results/Material / Performance Test Results/Initial Process Study (Cp, Cpk)/part Submission Warrant (PSW).
3. Coordinate with internal departments: Production / Process / Engineering/Quality / Lab/Supplier (in case of Tier 1 / Tier 2).
4. Contact and submit PPAP to customers; submit PPAP documents according to the Levels specified by the customer.
5. Support Audits > Customer audit/Internal audit/IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
6. Control Change Management > Change Material / Process / Tooling/Re-PPAP when there is an Engineering Change.
7. Analyze and improve processes > Analyze Cp, Cpk/support quality problem-solving before SOP.
8. Have knowledge and understanding of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
9. Responsible for other duties assigned by supervisors; report performance results and problems to the Department Head.
10. Summarize monthly performance and present daily performance.

Qualifications: Male/Female, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Have at least 1 year of experience in PPAP preparation. Have the ability to communicate with customers and communicate in English (foreign customers). Have an understanding of PPAP / APQP / FMEA / Control Plan. Able to read Drawing & Spec. Able to use Excel / Minitab (or other statistical software).
