Assessment and planning of project resources and budget; Preparation of project solutions and commercial proposals; Participation in presale meetings, presentations, and negotiations with the Customer; Ensuring the availability of project documentation in accordance with intra-corporate standards and Customer requirements; Business process modeling; Management of small projects (including knowledge of MS Project); Implementation of project quality control; Participation in commercial negotiations and preparation of commercial proposals; Preparation of financial and economic justifications for projects; Team management, mentoring; Setting tasks and monitoring their execution. Knowledge transfer to the working group; Organization of effective interaction between team members; Building and maintaining relationships with the team and the client's working group; Promotion of company services; Providing regular reporting to the direct supervisor on completed work and resolved tasks, personal workload, and potential resource conflicts; Participation in the preparation of reports and documents using intra-corporate standards; Preparation of presentations as assigned by the direct supervisor; Collection, processing, and analysis of information regarding tasks set by the Direct Supervisor/Project Manager; Research of information regarding tasks set by the Direct Supervisor/Project Manager; Transfer of analyzed requests to the Direct Supervisor/Project Manager.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a lead for a specific project area or large tasks in the field of management and IT consulting; Experience working in relevant industries; Skills in managing small projects/business tasks, knowledge of project management theory; Ability to organize team work, including quality control and monitoring the deadlines of team members; Presence of deep expertise in the subject area and experience in project work as a subject matter expert; Knowledge of the specifics of relevant industries/areas of activity; Experience in independent preparation of project documentation (presentations, project solutions, instructions, etc.); Experience in preparing commercial proposals; Fluent oral and written English (ability to maintain a conversation on professional topics, freely read professional literature, create presentations, and speak before an audience), proficiency in economic and business terminology.
