Requirements

Higher education; 3+ years of experience in Consulting or experience in FMCG, Retail, Pharma industries in the field of Demand Planning/Supply Chain Planning; Experience in writing functional specifications; Knowledge and experience in developing methodologies (e.g., inventory, order, production, demand planning); Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, knowledge of Visio/IRIS tools is a plus; Knowledge of planning and network design systems will be an advantage (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, IBM, JDA, Quintiq etc); Advanced level of English; Developed communication and presentation skills; Project experience, readiness to undergo professional testing; Possession of an MBA professional degree, CFA, ACCA professional certificate, or professional IT certification is preferred; Knowledge and practical skills in project cost calculation; Experience in managing large complex projects; Ability to organize team work, including quality control and monitoring team members' deadlines in accordance with the project budget; Leadership experience, including good mentoring skills; Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures for preparing commercial proposals and managing projects.
