Your tasks

Job Description Routine maintenance of infrastructures, workstations, and users within the organization while maintaining full operational continuity. User support, identity and permissions management, handling complex faults. Receiving tasks and executing them end-to-end while collaborating with relevant parties within the organization. Providing technical support to end-users and handling hardware, software, and network faults.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT and technical support. Experience working with Active Directory/EntraID, VMware, Windows Server, M365. Experience in support and installation of end-user stations. Basic understanding of communication infrastructures: VLANs, Firewall, Switches. Familiarity with Aruba equipment – an advantage. Experience with Priority – an advantage. High level of English - mandatory (the role includes working with international parties). Problem-solving ability and high service orientation. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
