Chief Legal Counsel for International Law and Drilling Contracts

A subsidiary of Zarubezhneft Group, JSC Arcticmorneftegazrazvedka, is seeking a Chief Legal Counsel for International Law and Drilling Contracts (permanent residence in SRV, Vung Tau). Professional experience: International law; Russian labor law for Jack-up drilling rig crews; Contractual activities; Oil and gas law; Drilling contract disputes. Requirements: Higher legal education obtained in SRV / recognized in SRV (qualification in SRV law); Admission to practice law in SRV; Total legal practice experience of at least 10 years; At least 5 years of legal support for oil and gas activities on the continental shelf; English proficiency no lower than C1, Vietnamese - fluent; Ability to work autonomously, in multitasking conditions, initiative; Advanced PC skills.
