QA Officer

• Ensure quality assurance and quality control of products comply with customer requirements
• Inspect the quality of new workpieces to ensure quality before delivery
• Supervise the quality inspection of products and raw materials to comply with specified standards
• Control non-conforming products (NC Product)
• Other tasks as assigned
• Perform duties in accordance with the company's ISO system
• Coordinate with manufacturers and the Purchasing department to resolve raw material quality issues
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure understanding of quality criteria

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field At least 1 year of relevant experience Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel Able to communicate in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) Experience in ISO 9001 Experience in quality control and monitoring changes during production processes Experience in ISO 9001 systems
