Operations Manager

Your tasks

1.Oversee daily production and engineering/maintenance operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. 2.Drive OEE, productivity, process efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives. 3.Improve machine reliability through effective preventive maintenance and downtime management. 4.Build team capability, strengthen operational discipline, and foster continuous improvement. 5.Set and monitor operational KPIs and lead corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years in a management role.
3. Demonstrated leadership of production operations and engineering/maintenance teams.
4. Strong expertise in production planning, productivity, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
5. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction.
6. Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, and continuous improvement.
7. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
8. Familiarity with ISO systems, workplace safety, and manufacturing compliance.
9. Good command of written and spoken English.
