Continuous Improvement Engineer

• Analyze and improve production processes to increase Productivity, Efficiency, Quality, and reduce costs
• Implement Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement / Cost Reduction projects
• Analyze on-site problems and find causes using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, PDCA
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Standard Work, and Line Balancing tools
• Analyze data regarding OEE, Cycle Time, Capacity, Yield, Scrap, and Manpower
• Monitor and measure improvement projects, such as Cost Saving, Productivity, Lead Time, and Defect Reduction
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and related departments
• Prepare reports and present improvement results, including establishing standards to ensure continuous improvement results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Systems Engineering or related fields 2–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement / Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering in an industrial factory Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Problem Solving Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, such as Pivot Table, Lookup, and Chart Experience with Power BI / Minitab / Lean Six Sigma will be specially considered Skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and presentation Ability to work with multiple departments and work on-site Ability to communicate in English at a level sufficient for reading documents and preparing reports
