Technical Support (Medical Devices) (25,000 - 35,000)

Your tasks

1. Maintain, install, inspect, and troubleshoot computers, network systems, IT equipment, printers, and related office equipment.
2. Inspect, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting for medical instruments and equipment, including coordinating with vendors or service centers when necessary.
3. Perform Preventive Maintenance, inspect operational status, and track maintenance schedules for medical instruments and IT equipment.
4. Prepare equipment registries, maintenance histories, problem reports, and related documentation, while ensuring equipment availability.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in IT Support, Hardware, Network, or electronic equipment maintenance.
3. Experience in maintaining medical equipment in hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities will be given special consideration.
4. Knowledge of inspection, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, with the ability to coordinate with vendors and service centers.
5. Responsible, good at immediate problem-solving, and able to work with multiple departments.
6. Basic English communication skills.
