Medical Technologist (29,000 - 46,000)

• Perform laboratory (Lab) analysis and basic X-ray operations according to the scope of duties
• Collect and prepare specimens, record and report test results accurately, and coordinate with physicians when abnormal results are found
• Maintain, inspect, and control the quality of Lab & X-ray equipment, including preparing QC Logs
• Manage reagents, equipment, and medical supplies to ensure they are ready for use, sufficient, and not expired
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and environment of the laboratory in accordance with standards
• Train and monitor the performance of assistants, and prepare/review manuals and knowledge within the team
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and relevant team members, including supporting patient service tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and a valid professional license Age 24-35 years old Experience in medical laboratory work or work in a clinic/hospital will be specially considered Able to communicate in English Service-minded, attentive to patient care, has a positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills Responsible, meticulous, diligent, patient, enthusiastic, punctual, and able to work in a team Able to learn and adapt to diverse tasks, and ready to grow and develop oneself with the organization
