THAVORN ASIA PROPERTY, a real estate agency in Pattaya operating since 2017, is currently recruiting **Real Estate Sales Agents to grow together with our team.

We provide customers, leads, and a real estate database ready for you to work with, along with training and support from the team. This is ideal for those who love sales, want to develop themselves, and want to generate income based on performance.

Main Responsibilities

• Take care of and provide consultation to customers interested in buying real estate in Pattaya
• Contact and follow up with customers from leads provided by the company
• Search for and present real estate that matches the customers' needs and budget
• Schedule appointments and take customers to view properties
• Provide information regarding projects, prices, and terms of sale
• Negotiate and follow up with customers until the closing stage
• Coordinate with property owners, projects, and the internal company team
• Record and track customer information through the company's CRM system
• Manage customers professionally from the beginning until the completion of the sale

Qualifications: Thai nationality, aged 21 or above Able to communicate in English at a level suitable for work and talking to foreign customers Love sales, with good communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated in sales, goal-oriented, and desire to earn income based on performance Confident, good personality, and service-minded Responsible, punctual, and able to follow up on tasks until completion Possess a driver's license and have a personal car or motorcycle Able to use computers, basic programs, and online systems for work Ready to learn new things, goal-oriented, and wanting to grow in the real estate industry Experience in sales, service, or real estate will be specially considered Candidates without real estate experience are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills, determination, and a readiness to learn
