Preventive Maintenance Engineer (PM Engineer)

1. Manage spare parts inventory (Min-Max Stock, Safety Stock) to be appropriate for usage
2. Analyze spare parts usage data, wear rates, and replacement history
3. Control spare parts stock value to be appropriate and ensure machine readiness
4. Inspect the quality and accuracy of purchased spare parts to ensure compliance with technical specifications
5. Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of spare parts and maintenance equipment
6. Support the procurement of spare parts for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Shutdown Maintenance
7. Coordinate with internal and external departments related to projects
8. Monitor the purchasing status and delivery of spare parts to ensure they meet the schedule
9. Participate in analyzing the causes of spare part failures and propose preventive measures to reduce machine Downtime
10. Support the design or improvement of machine parts as assigned
11. Monitor progress and report operational results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields 1-5 years or more of experience in machine maintenance or spare parts management in an industrial plant Ability to read Mechanical Drawings and Part Drawings well Good skills in data analysis, planning, and coordination Ability to communicate basic technical English New graduates are welcome
