Sales and Marketing Officer

1. Marketing Planning

• Collect previous year's sales data along with assessing sales trends for the following year and opportunities for finding new customers
• Provide information to executives for use in business planning

1. Sales Pricing

• Check product costs and determine product selling prices
• Present proposed selling prices to the Board of Directors for approval

1. Finding New Customers

• Identify new customer sources from websites / various trade shows
• Define procedures and methods for contacting customers and presenting products

1. New Product Launches

• Define procedures and methods for receiving and responding to customer needs
• Define procedures and methods for new product launch planning

1. Receiving Product Orders

• Define procedures and methods for receiving and confirming product orders
• Follow up on the status of customer product order releases

1. Sales Tracking

• Define procedures and methods for tracking and setting product sales targets
• Ensure weekly or monthly sales reporting

1. Sending Product Samples to Customers

• Define procedures and methods for sending product samples to customers
• Define the format of sample delivery documents approved by executives

Qualifications: Male or female, aged 25 - 33 years old Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or other equivalent fields Work experience in Marketing and Sales of no less than 2 years will be given special consideration Experience in selling plastic packaging-plastic products will be given special consideration Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and able to communicate in English at a good level Ability to track products to ensure timely delivery and possess good negotiation techniques with customers in case of product delivery issues Knowledge of products, production processes, strengths, or various limitations in production to provide accurate information to customers Possess leadership, attention to detail, creativity, honesty, integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, and be a good role model for colleagues Able to drive a car and own a personal car
