Product Decor Manager Flooring

Your tasks

Creation and support of laminated flooring assortments at the Gagarin plant. Management of the product category lifecycle or individual materials. Participate in the development and implementation of projects. Prepare and lead the project for the launch of new flooring collections at the Gagarin plant. Analyze launch results and make data-driven decisions. Responsible for product development throughout its entire lifecycle. Participate in working meetings, regional and international exhibitions. Act as the PM EFP contact person at the Gagarin plant. Interact with other departments of the enterprise to achieve assigned tasks. Monitor compliance with EGGER company rules and standards within the laminated flooring division. Regularly be responsible for organizing and conducting competitor product Benchmarking. Conduct research, observation, and analysis of the flooring market and the interior group as a whole. Participate in events and meetings with customers and suppliers, proposing suitable solutions. Coordinate and control with specialized departments on matters of development and planning of product groups related to flooring. Maintain cooperation on product certification in accordance with market requirements and official requirements. Conduct training activities.

Requirements

Higher education in Economics/marketing. Excellent communication skills, result-oriented. Ability to work in a team and under high workload. Developed presentation and business communication skills, responsibility, and organization. Love for aesthetics, beauty, visual literacy, and understanding of quality materials and modern trends. Proficient PC user, knowledge of SAP is mandatory. High reaction speed and ability to quickly grasp tasks. Systematic approach to problem-solving, ability to work with a roadmap. Experience working with drawings/models at the level of viewing and approval. Experience interacting with development, analytics, and design teams. Proficiency in spoken and written English (B1). Readiness for business trips.
