Accounting Assistant

At this moment, we are looking for an Employee for the Accounting Department in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities:

• Entry and verification of purchase and expense documents.
• Support in the issuance and management of invoices.
• Support in the reconciliation of customer and supplier balances.
• Collection, filing, and organization of accounting and tax documents.
• Support for the Accounting Department in daily tasks and in ad hoc financial/administrative needs.
• Support in the payroll process.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a TEI/AEI department of Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP / accounting software will be considered a significant qualification.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of English.
