During this period, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee based in the Western Sector. Purpose of the position The provision of quality service and accurate information to examinees, ensuring their optimal experience from the Group's services. Basic responsibilities: Reception and service of examinees with immediacy and responsibility Entry of requested medical examinations into software Scheduling and closing of medical appointments Delivery of medical results Compliance with procedures regarding Personal Data Management Required Qualifications Degree from Α.Ε.Ι., Τ.Ε.Ι., Ι.Ε.Κ.
