Testing and Commissioning Engineer Required
Performing electrical tests and commissioning for power supply systems, including cabling equipment and medium and low/direct voltage panels, traction and railway systems, transformers, and protection systems.
Testing and Commissioning - Performing tests before energization of high voltage panels, transformers and direct voltage, functional tests, electrical protections.
Compliance with engineering and quality requirements - Ensuring compliance with engineering documents, SAT procedures, technical standards and quality criteria, cost and schedules - Deep understanding of customer acceptance criteria.
Procedures, tools and site support - Development, management and supply of testing procedures, means and tools for transportation network sites and Depots.
- Maintaining management of testing procedures and tool configuration throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Providing technical support to installation and site teams on electrical design, system interfaces and readiness for testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Valid electrical license – Electrical Engineer.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of electrical systems and networks in industry, industrial railways.
- Deep knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, Traction systems, substations, control panels and electrical commissioning.
- Practical experience with instrumentation, testing methods and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), protection diagrams and installation drawings.
- Excellent communication, independent work and problem-solving skills.
- Driver's license.
- Good command of English – reading, writing and speaking.
