System Integration and Validation Lead

A global company in the smart transportation field is recruiting a System Integration and Validation Lead for the Naveh Light Rail project, one of the most significant and complex transportation projects in Israel.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for leading the integration and validation process of all railway systems, from the planning and testing stage to the final delivery of the system to the customer.

• Leading the Integration and Validation (I V) strategy of the project.
• Managing integration processes between all railway systems: signaling and train control, communication, SCADA, power supply and electrification, Rolling Stock, depot equipment, cyber and information systems, ticketing, and additional systems.
• Defining and monitoring system-level test plans.
• Managing interfaces with engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and the customer.
• Coordinating and leading FAT, SAT, Integration Tests, and System Tests activities.
• Managing system requirements and monitoring compliance with project requirements.
• Leading acceptance and approval processes with the customer and authorities.
• Supporting safety, certification, and regulation processes.

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Systems / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or a relevant field).
• At least 5 years of experience in System Integration, Validation, Testing, or Systems Engineering roles.
• Experience in complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in managing interfaces between systems and suppliers.
• Very high level of English – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and interface-intensive environment.
