Alstom is looking for a Construction Manager

Management and supervision of installation works on-site. Leading installation teams, technicians, and subcontractors. Control over execution quality and compliance with project requirements. Responsibility for the implementation of safety procedures (EHS) and railway regulations. Monitoring work progress and meeting deadlines. Handling deviations and providing solutions to field problems. Regular reporting to the Project Manager and professional entities. Supporting handover processes to the customer and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) teams. Implementation of working methods and installation procedures in accordance with planning and engineering. Technical education (Engineering Technician certificate / technical school). Experience in railway projects or transportation infrastructure. Experience in leading execution and construction teams from the installation stage until project handover. Experience in field work management and planning control. Experience working in a multi-interface environment involving employees and subcontractors. Familiarity with safety requirements (EHS) in infrastructure projects. High level of English.
