Warehouse Manager

Do you want to lead a complex logistics system in a global and technological environment? We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead all logistics activities, warehouses, transportation, and the supply chain at the site, while managing professional teams, suppliers, and logistics partners, and ensuring an efficient flow of materials and equipment throughout the project lifecycle. This is a significant role with a direct impact on the project's success, involving many interfaces, broad managerial responsibility, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence processes in an international environment.

What does the role include?

Management of the Logistics and Warehouse System

• Management of all logistics, warehouse, transportation, and engineering logistics teams.
• Responsibility for receiving, storage, issuing, inventory counting, and shipping processes.
• Planning and optimization of storage areas and material flow.
• Ensuring full alignment between the physical flow of materials and computerized systems.

Supply Chain and Operations

• Management of inventory processes in accordance with global procedures and standards.
• Continuous improvement of work processes through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Supervision of data quality and operation of ERP systems.
• Performance analysis and presentation of KPI metrics in the field of logistics and inventory.

Management of Suppliers and Logistics Partners (3PL)

• Management and leadership of external logistics suppliers.
• Monitoring service levels, performance, and goal achievement.
• Handling operational problems, root cause analysis, and leading corrective actions.
• Control and approval of invoices, budgets, and expenses.

👥 Team Management and Employee Development

• Management and motivation of warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams.
• Professional development, training, and employee certification.
• Leading a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Safety and Quality

• Implementation of a safety culture (EHS) and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Promoting recycling processes and the use of reusable packaging.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing employees and teams.
• Experience working in an ERP environment.
• Very high level of English.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in the North region.

Significant Advantage

• Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or global projects.
• Familiarity with SAP (WM and IM modules).
• Experience in managing external logistics suppliers (3PL).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or complex supply chain environment.
