R&D Staff

1. Research and develop new products according to customer requirements
2. Test and summarize problems along with solutions, and summarize reports for the supervisor
3. Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion according to the schedule
4. Prepare documents systematically to provide up-to-date information to customers
5. Others as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in mold maintenance, mold adjustment, and mold control
• Able to understand English at a basic level
• Able to work under pressure
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
